It is perfect for a tall guy like me that needs to have better posture. If you don't like the height you can also go buy the which is by the same company but is adjustable. I love using the hole in the back for cable management. Yes, it doesn't collapse or fold or anything however, you can put it in a bag and it will leave a nice cavity for you to place books and other materials in. I have brought it with me to coffee shops. The only reason I am giving this product 4-stars is that it is not perfectly stable. There is a slight wobble during typing. It is not extreme enough to really get in the way of use but it certainly isn't a perfect product like some people claim. Perhaps they were using lighter or smaller laptops.
